For Writing Workshop this week I was asked to jot down a list of ideas for writing topics and then pick one for a 10 minute "free write." As much as I wanted to share my Guinea pigs' adventures (haha), or write about rocks (yes, I really did put "rocks" on my list), I decided to go with "The Mommy Life." That's something I have a little bit of experience in. ;)
Here are my two pages. I considered making it all about poop stories, but went with this instead:
I really love this piece, Mommy Life. I can relate to this and yes, "it is for the reward of a child’s love." Days can be so hard, but the love is worth every tear.
